- Demand letter, with detail requirement (A copy of Demand Letter from the foreign employer containing details of required number, category and salary offered duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective country as well) received by PT. - A copy of Power of Attorney duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective country by the foreign employer in favour of the recruiting agency to act on his behalf.
- A specimen copy of Employment Contract or Service Agreement mentioning wages offered and schedule of benefits including accommodation, food, medical facilities, leave etc.
- A copy of visa advice/ Consular letter /entry permit/NOC etc. duly attested. ( Applicable for KSA & Malaysia )
- A copy of Agency Agreement duly signed by employer.
- A copy of Guarantee Letter duly signed by employer solution for the job
- PT. RESTU BUNDA SEJATI announces the requirement and pre-screening the CV prior to sending to The Client/Employer.
- The Client/Employer will short list the candidates for test and interview.
- Selection by The Client/Employer. If the recruitment can be done by interview only, we can arrange teleconference interview.
- Medical Check Up: we start post-selection by taking the worker to lab clinic (We can also arrange prior to interview and test). The result can be informed next day.
- Submitting all the document (service agreement, demand letter, employment contract) to Indonesian Labor Department/ Ministry to get a recommendation.
- Passport processing. It can be done only after a recommendation letter issued by Labour Department / Ministry. FYI, most Indonesian do not have passport. Only few kind of worker (usually high skilled one) possessing this document.
- Paying some insurance, fiscal for the work
- The selected candidates are ready to depart to placement country.
